About Me

I love reading about fitness and nutrition. My exercise of choice is running. I've completed two half-marathons and I'm currently training for my first full marathon. I'm addicted to watching the Biggest Loser! I'm a master kombucha brewer and love all things natural.

I specialize in fitness for beginners, women's fitness and weight loss.
